Conditions of Use

General Dental Products, Inc. Terms and Conditions of Sale Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations require us to restrict sale of GDP, Inc.'s dental products to dentists and dental technicians. These products are considered to be medical devices, which are strictly regulated the FDA. The Liquid monomer component of many of the products is considered hazardous (Flammable) by the U.S. Department of Transportation (U.S.D.O.T.). U.S.D.O.T. regulations require us to ship these products by UPS ground. They cannot be returned, except through hazardous materials certified UPS shippers. The products sold by GDP, Inc. are guaranteed to work as stated in their respective instructions, and will be replaced only if defective. The products are packaged for a long shelf-life (greater than 15 years). Products will be replaced after 2 years, at GDP, Inc.'s discretion. GDP, Inc. disclaims any liability for the use of, or finished products fabricated for its products, because GDP, Inc. has no control over the use of products, the finished products, or the compliance with applicable FDA and OSHA regulations. Shipment of all products from GDP, Inc. are subject to applicable regulatory agency legislation, as well as those of the shipping companies. Authorization for return of all non-hazardous products must be obtained before a return shipment is made. All non-authorized return shipments will be refused by GDP, Inc. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) will be provided with the first purchase of the year of any chemical based product. Additional MSDS information sheets or technical information is available, free, upon request. Use of GDP, Inc. products are considered an agreement with the fundamental principles in this document. GDP, Inc., encourages users of its chemical based products to read the instruction sheets, MSDS, and all other available technical information before using it's products.
